Start by frying the salo until it is crispy.

Put a large pan of water and let it boil

When the water boils, add a tablespoon of salt and stir

Add the spaghetti (break if you like) and let it boil 1 minute less than on the package

Mix the butter and grated cheese

When the spaghetti is ready, put it in to the pan wit the salo and turn the fire to low

Put in the butter and cheese mix, and mix and toss until it all blends
